Sculpture in The FORUM

The Forum, one of Wenceslas Square’s most historically significant buildings, is now home to a brand-new sculpture inspired by its most famous historical occupant – Franz Kafka.

VáclavART

We are pleased to be part of the annual VáclavART project, which supports young up-and-coming artists. The aim of the project is to introduce the unique work of these artists into public realms to revive it and to provoke new impulses whilst also promoting a discussion about the future of central locations. The Flow Building Topping out!

We are pleased to announce that we have reached the highest point of The Flow Building! General contractor Metrostav started construction in August last year. Work on the facade and the installation of internal services is currently underway. Everything is running as planned, with the completion and moving-in of tenants expected in May 2020!

Flow East has bought the Dům V Templu building

Flow East has bought the Dům V Templu building, located on Celetná street in Prague's Old Town. This property has been listed as a heritage building since 1958 and is reputedly named after its previous owners, the Knights Templar.
